L & B are expecting! | Frederick, MD Maternity Photography

I first met L & B almost 2 years ago when I did maternity photos for their son. I have loved getting to know them and their sweet little guy. And now they are adding a little lady to the family. I seriously can't wait to meet her! I am so in love with this session and the dreamy light. I'm sorry (not sorry) for the overshare :)

Okay, I'm done :)

Project 365 | February

Is it just me or does the shortest month drag on the longest? Thank goodness Spring is just around the corner. We made it, friends! There is a warm, sun-shiny light at the end of this frosty tunnel.

March, I'll be so glad to see you :)

365 Project | January

1 month down! 11 to go! I have to give myself a little pat on the back. I know it's only month one, but the last time I tried a 365 I didn't make it this far. This project has me so excited about daily shooting. I can't wait to see my growth as a photographer over this year. I already have so many new favorite images from just one month. On to February :)

M & G | Frederick, MD Photography

This couple...this location...this weather was amazing! I had so much fun hanging out with them. This day was the perfect fall weather. They wanted photos of them together being cute "just because". I love that! Mission accomplished :)

You two are adorable!

Baby P {Fresh 48} | Frederick, MD Newborn Photography

This little lady sure did make us all wait for her. And like they say, good things come to those who wait :) She made her arrival one week after her due date and is the sweetest little bundle of baby love. And her skin is amazing! I met her at the hospital to capture her newness and some quality bonding time for this new family of three. I can't wait for her newborn session!

Getting in the photo | A Personal Post

There are very few "good" photos of my son and I. By "good" I mean photos that were not taken quickly on a cell phone. That alone deserves a whole post about how important it is to get in the photo. But I won't get in to that now. In January I started a 52 week project. You can follow along with me here. I used this weeks photo as an opportunity to get some "good" photos of Max and I. And I am pretty happy with the result. I hope these become something he will treasure. I know I will. Have a great weekend!
